There are several considerations you should make prior to undertaking an equipment install in your facility.  Since most managers making the decisions for an install have limited experience with Audio/Video equipment, here are a few ideas to consider when planning your next infrastructure upgrade.

• Who will operate this equipment?  Will it be a student with limited experience, a teacher, a Pro Audio professional?
• How many people and how much area do you plan to cover?  Smaller systems could be portable but larger areas and crowds require more detail oriented installation and should be permanently installed.
• What is your price point and budget?  We offer mid-grade and high-end installations.  We strongly discourage extremely cheap gear due to reliability issues that make installations more expensive over the long run.  In some situations a Lease, short-term Rental or defering the install to a later time may be your best option.
• Who will perform the scheduled maintenance and needed repairs on the equipment?  We offer a broad range of services for long-term maintenance/repair/upgrade.  You might consider training your staff to perform these tasks.
• Who will train and in-service your staff?  Properly educating the end user leads to increased performance and fewer issues.
• Who will design and build your next installation?  Planning is always the key to success in these situations and we strongly suggest that you consult a professional to help you with the details you might overlook.
